Dr. Andrew Grant of Empangeni has created a simple way to use your hot water geyser (instead of mothballing it) when you convert to solar power,
without having to install a solar geyser. All you need to effect this simple conversion is a solar panel, some piping and Andrew's two drawings
for a plumber and an electrician. We also include Andrew's simple instructions which work on the simple science that hot water rises!
Andrew has installed this system himself. He has more money to spend this Christmas and is happier about his lighter carbon footprint.
